Quran App – Troubleshooting



App won’t open or crashes



  • Restart the watch (power off and on), then open Quran again.

  • Ensure the app is up to date in Rabbani Hub (phone): Hub Store → Quran → Update if available.

  • If the watch is low on storage, free some space and retry; reinstall from Hub if needed.


  • No audio / audio not playing



  • Check volume on the watch (system volume, not mute).

  • Confirm audio was downloaded: In Hub on the phone, open Quran app settings and ensure “Download audio” or “Audio pack” is completed.

  • Try another ayah or surah; if only some files are missing, re-download the Quran data from Hub.

  • Bluetooth: Audio plays on the watch speaker by default; if you use a headset, ensure it’s connected and selected.


  • Missing translations or wrong language



  • Open Quran Settings on the watch and set your default translation.

  • If a translation is missing, in Rabbani Hub (phone) check that the Quran app has that language pack installed or updated.

  • Re-download the app or language data from Hub if the list is incomplete.


  • Progress or bookmarks not saving



  • Do not force-close the app from system settings; use the normal back/exit so the app can save.

  • Ensure the watch has enough free storage.

  • If you reinstalled the app, previous progress may not be restored unless you use a backup/restore from Hub (if available).


  • “Ask RabbaniGPT” not working



  • Internet: RabbaniGPT needs a data connection (watch Wi‑Fi or phone connection). Check that the watch or linked phone has internet.

  • Hub and AI: RabbaniGPT is provided via Rabbani Hub. Ensure Hub is installed and updated on the phone and that the watch is paired.

  • If it still fails, try again later (service may be busy) or check Hub app for any AI or account notices.


  • Search not finding verses



  • Search works in Arabic and in the translation language you use. Try the same word in the other language.

  • Ensure the translation is downloaded; some languages may not be searchable until the pack is installed.

  • Type at least a few characters; very short queries may be limited.


  • Slow or laggy



  • Restart the watch to free memory.

  • Reduce font size or switch to a lighter theme in Settings if the UI feels heavy.

  • If the watch is low on storage, clear other apps’ data or uninstall unused apps, then try again.
