Hajj & Umrah App – Troubleshooting
Tawaf counter wrong count
- Calibrate: Walk at a steady pace; avoid stopping mid-round. Start the counter only when you begin the first circuit.
- Manual adjust: Use the app’s manual +/- to correct the count if the sensor missed or added a round.
- Placement: Wear the watch firmly on the wrist; avoid swinging the arm excessively so the sensor can track rotation and distance better.
- Exit the app normally (back button); avoid force-closing so data can save.
- Ensure the watch has enough free storage. If you reinstalled the app, previous checklist progress may be lost unless you have a backup.
- Confirm the app is updated in Rabbani Hub. Re-download the app if content is missing or incomplete.
- Check language: content is in English and Arabic; switch in the app if needed.
- Download or enable maps from the app or Hub before travel. Maps need to be stored on the watch.
- Ensure location/GPS is allowed for the app if the app uses it for distance or direction.
- Internet is required when you ask. Connect the watch to Wi‑Fi or ensure the phone (linked to the watch) has data.
- Check Rabbani Hub on the phone for AI/service status. Try again later if the service is busy.
